Area of practice

Mr. Allen is a trial attorney with substantial experience in complex commercial, general, civil and appellate litigation. He has successfully represented a wide variety of corporate clients and individuals on legal issues ranging from intellectual property disputes to complex products liability suits. He has defended national companies in wrongful death actions, premise liability cases, breach of contract disputes, trade secret and trademark infringements, and deceptive trade practice cases. Mr. Allen has experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and has courtroom experience in both state and federal courts.

Representative Engagements:

• Defended trucking company in a vehicle liability case.
• Defended manufacturing company for breach of warranty and fraud.
• Represented homeowners in a matter including claims of breach of warranty, deceptive trade practices, and fraud in a breach of contract case.
