Xaverie L. Picciurro (Partner)
Commercial attorney skilled in product liability defense
Since joining the firm in October of 2001, commercial attorney Xaverie Picciurro has focused her attention on defense of various product and equipment manufacturers, contractors and premise owners. She represents these clients in general commercial litigation along with toxic tort litigation, which has given her extensive experience in the Asbestos Multi-District Litigation Court in Harris County.
She manages a large case load that takes her to pre-trials, motions, depositions, hearings, and trials on behalf of her many clients throughout the state of Texas. Several of her cases involve general commercial litigation matters that include aspects of international law, customs and foreign trade practices.
During law school, Mrs. Picciurro clerked for Judge Halbach, a District Court Judge in Harris County, Texas and also worked as an intern for the Harris County District Attorney’s office.
