Attorney Jeff Shaver has over 16 years of experience representing both individual and business clients in product and premises liability settings. He has successfully litigated many types of personal injury and business loss claims.
His environmental law cases have focused extensively on toxic tort claims of long-term exposure to asbestos, silica and other alleged toxins. Some of those cases have been class actions or mass tort litigation. In one case in which there were more than three thousand plaintiffs, he served as co-chair for the Defense Steering Committee.
