Description:

Specializing in personal injury and complex tort trial law, Mr. White focuses on cases involving product liability claims, long term exposure litigation as well as first and third party insurance cases.

Mr. White's primary focus is on the actual trial of complex torts, multiparty litigation, personal injury and environmental claims. He tries lawsuits to verdict throughout the state of Texas and the entire United States on a frequent basis. He is Texas and regional counsel for national, state and local corporations, litigating toxic tort and environmental cases. He is a frequent and accredited speaker on toxic tort, personal injury, insurance litigation and claims handling.
