Jeff Shaver has over sixteen years of experience representing both individual and business clients in liability settings. He has successfully litigated many types of personal injury and business loss claims with extensive focus on long-term exposure including asbestos, silica and other toxins. Mr. Shaver has also been an accredited speaker for continuing education courses for toxic tort exposure.

Representative Clients/Litigation

• Several nationwide manufacturers, including heavy metal suppliers and refractory manufacturers. Mr. Shaver served as co-chair for the Defense Steering Committee in a single litigation with over three thousand plaintiffs.
• Defense of production machinery manufacturers in litigation surrounding ceramic and glass manufacturing operations involving hundreds of individual claims.
• Representation of several national insurance carriers in first party litigation for bad faith and extra contractual damages, as well third party liability issues.
