Areas of practice

Mr. Cannon maintains an active docket of personal injury litigation. Since coming to WhiteShaver, he has handled wrongful death cases where he has represented several nationwide corporations including a premise security company, several electric providers, and a transportation corporation. He also currently handles auto and trucking accident cases. Mr. Cannon has been involved in litigation of toxic tort cases. He has represented pharmaceutical companies in product liability claims and has experience in contractual litigation.

• Several nationwide insurance companies, defending their insureds in a wide range of lawsuits

• Defended a large pharmaceutical corporation in products liability case
• Defended several major energy corporations in wrongful death cases.
• Defended Pro bono clients in a trial on breach of contract procured through fraud
