Areas of practice
Mr. Cannon maintains an active docket of personal injury
litigation. Since coming to White Shaver, he has handled wrongful
death cases where he has represented several nationwide
corporations including a premise security company, several electric providers,
and a transportation corporation. He also currently
handles auto and trucking accident cases. Mr. Cannon has been
involved in litigation of toxic tort cases. He has represented
pharmaceutical companies in product liability claims and has
experience in contractual litigation.

- Defended Pro bono clients in a trial on breach of contract
procured through fraud
