We maintain current technology in the areas of word processing, computer based conflicts and checking and calendaring systems, which allows our attorneys to not only keep current while they are in the office, but also access information while outside of the office. Today's technology allows us the utmost flexibility to meet our client's individual billing guidelines and specific requirements. From pretrial preparation to presentation of evidence at trial, our attorneys and legal assistants use 21st century technology to provide clients with the strongest defense possible. The firm has traditionally operated on an hourly fee basis but WhiteShaver, P.C. also offers alternative billing methods to meet the need of our clients.

In the current electronic information age, WhiteShaver leads the industry in the ability to electronically bill and invoice. Many of our clients take advantage of this extremely efficient technology. We invite our clients to inquire with any technology-related questions.

Support Staff

The legal assistants at the firm are active participants in our practice. Our team of experienced trial attorneys work in harmony with qualified legal assistants who perform many of the functions necessary to ensure efficient and cost effective case management. Many of our legal assistants have over ten years experience. Both certified legal assistants and paralegal support staff attend seminars designed to continue their legal education and to update their knowledge and skills. The goal at WhiteShaver, P.C. is to provide quality legal representation with an emphasis on cost control and efficiency, implemented through the combination of experienced legal staff and the integration of the latest available technology.
