Areas of practice

Mr. Chamness’ legal practice has been centered around all aspects of personal injury litigation. He has been involved in numerous product liability trials where he has successfully defended nationwide corporations. He has also handled wrongful death claims involving auto and trucking accidents. He also has experience in premise liability, pharmaceutical and longterm exposure cases. Mr. Chamness also actively assists in the firm’s handling of workers compensation claims.
